The school provides a complete Pre-School, Grade School and High School courses  from Pre K1 to Level 12 (Senior High School)  in its physical campus in Mabolo, Cebu City, Philippines.  It uses an INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION of teaching.
PRE-SCHOOL:
  • Pre – K1 (formerly Nursery) – Using a combination of local and American material curriculum
  • Pre – K2 (formerly K-1) – Using the School of Tomorrow’s Curriculum (PACES) – Printed Materials
GRADE SCHOOL:
  • Kindergarten (formerly K-2) – Using the School of Tomorrow’s Curriculum(PACES) – Printed Materials
  • Level 1 to Level 6 –  Using the School of Tomorrow’s Curriculum (PACES) – Printed Materials
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 
  •  Level 7 to Level 10 (Using the School of Tomorrow’s Curriculum (PACES) – Printed Materials
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL:  (Academic Track: Accountancy, Business and
         Management (ABM) strand and General Academic (GA) Strand)
  •  Level 11 to Level 12 (Using an American Web-based digital curriculum for Most subjects) – Combination of Digital Materials and Printed Materials
The Onsite/In-Campus  Basic Education program of the school provides fully airconditioned classrooms, smaller class sizes, individualized instructions, international student body, bible-based education,  multiple intelligence teaching strategies, skill and talent exposure activities.

Admission Requirements/Procedures - Basic Education (Onsite/In-campus Program)

1. Parent/Guardian fills up Enrolment Form online through the school’s website at www.hcsinternational.org by clicking “ENROLL NOW”.  Enrollment Form may also be manually filled up at the school’s physical campus and submit  to the Admission Officer personally.

2. Parents answer/fill-up Parents Interview Form (PIF) (download here)  and submit to the Admission Officer either personally at the office or via e-mail to [email protected]. Admission Officer decides whether to schedule Parents and Student for interview either personally or via Skype.com or not.

3. Submit the following:

3.1.  Academic Progress Record or Report Card from the previous school (except Nursery level). This document must be written in English or Filipino if not, it should be translated to English and duly notarized. (Scanned copy first through e-mail for preliminary evaluation and later on the original copy).

3.2. Birth Certificate or Family/Household Register (duly translated in English and notarized for non-native English speaking international students). – Scanned copy or photocopy of the original

3.3. Two (2) pieces  2X2 ID coloured picture and two (2) pieces 1X1 ID coloured picture
3.4. Recommendation form or letter from previous school or Certification of Good Moral Character.
3.5. Photocopy of Passport for international student/foreign student.
3.6. Special Study Permit (SSP) for international/foreign student below 18 years old (the school wil assist the parent/student on this)
4. School admission officer informs student through the parent/guardian a notice of acceptance either orally, in writing or via e-mail.
5. Student takes diagnostic tests. Testing fee is Php 400.00 pesos.
6. Student or parent/guardian pays School Fees to the School Cashier personally or through the school’s bank account by way of online deposit or fund transfer as follows:
